Lunchtime ASX small cap wrap: Who’s bringing cinnamon rolls Down Under today?

Cinnamon roll lovers rejoice – Cinnabon, the famous American cinnamon roll chain, will be opening in Australia before Christmas.
The first three stores will all be in Brisbane – in Mt Gravatt, Chermside and Mt Ommaney but the company has ambitions to have 50 outlets within 5 years.

At lunchtime, the ASX Small Ords is up 0.41 per cent to 2887 while the ASX 200 is down 0.15 per cent to 6654.
Going up
QMS Media (ASX:QMS) surged 21 per cent after receiving a takeover offer from private equity firm Quadrant.
Biotech Oncosil Medical (ASX:OSL) jumped as much as 57 per cent on news the British Standards Institute was warming up to its pancreatic cancer device. It has been a long wait for shareholders — but the latest update means the company is a step closer to having its device approved in Europe, some seven months after it was dealt a body blow by the BSI.
And Novita Healthcare (ASX:NHL) — which has sextupled its share price in the past fortnight — gained a further 21 per cent today, with news it has had another of its devices approved for use in the US.
