Populating the expert panel for this discussion are Peter Rohner, managing director at GBM Resources (ASX:GBZ) and Ian Bamborough, managing director at Saturn Metals (ASX:STN).
Saturn Metals is a Western Australian gold exploration company with its Apollo Hill Project comprising nearly 1,000km2 of ground and a major, growing resource in the heart of the Eastern Goldfields, Western Australia. The company recently identified significant gold intersections in step out diamond drilling at the Apollo Hill Deposit.
GBM Resources is a Queensland based mineral exploration and development company focused on the discovery of world-class gold and copper deposits in Eastern Australia. Its 100% owned flagship project in the Drummond Basin holds ~1.5 Moz of gold in JORC resources (Mt Coolon, Yandan and Twin Hills). At the end of 2022 the company upgraded resources at its Twin Hills gold project to within a hair of the magic million ounce mark, the project now assessed to have 999,200oz of contained gold, up 31% from the previous estimate of 767,000oz.
