Special Report: Live Verdure’s artificial intelligence subsidiary Decidr has kicked off 2025 with two strategic partnerships including US-based, user-generated content platform BeeRoll Inc. and Cohabit Technologies Pty Ltd, an Australian proptech company.

Live Verdure (ASX:LV1) said the collaborations mark Decidr’s entry into new verticals and demonstrate the versatility of its AI platform to deliver transformative solutions across industries.

Live Verdure said the partnerships align with Decidr’s broader strategy to build a multi-domain AI ecosystem spanning human resources (HR), content creation, property management, and other domains.

Decidr is establishing itself as a leader in the HR domain in Australia through partnerships with CareerOne and ELMO Software.

The partnership with BeeRoll represents Decidr’s first content/creator domain partnership, while the collaboration with Cohabit marks its first property and real estate enablement partnership.

Leveraging AI to streamline video production

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in New York BeeRoll is a user-generated content (UGC) platform connects brands with more than 10,000 creators to produce authentic video content.

BeeRoll leverages AI to streamline video production and editing, offering marketers access to a diverse network of content creators.

Live Verdure said the company had collaborated with leading brands such as Lyft, Netflix, and TripAdvisor, helping them enhance engagement through genuine, relatable content.

The partnership with Decidr focuses on co-creating agentic AI tools to improve creator matching and content inspiration.

Live Verdure said Decidr’s technology will help BeeRoll customers optimise campaign performance by using AI-driven insights to identify creators and generate ad content more efficiently.

Cohabit focused on building health and performance reporting

Cohabit Technologies is an Australian-founded proptech company focused on building health and performance reporting.

Live Verdure said the Cohabit Technologies platform digitises strata records, building data, and compliance information to provide interactive health scores and actionable insights for property managers and owners.

Through its partnership with Decidr, the organisation aims to deliver AI-generated building reports and intelligence, simplifying complex data for users and improving compliance reporting.

Live Verdure said the co-created products would help property stakeholders make better decisions and meet regulatory requirements more efficiently.

Strategic alignment with the agentic web

The partnerships with BeeRoll and Cohabit are integral to Decidr’s strategy of leading the next phase of the internet – known as the ‘agentic web’.

Live Verdure said in this era, AI agents act autonomously to reduce manual work, streamline complex processes and enhance decision-making for businesses and individuals.

The partnerships reinforce Decidr’s reputation as a leader in agentic AI solutions, by automating key processes in content creation and property management.

From AI-driven creator matching to natural language building insights, Live Verdure said Decidr’s solutions aimed to deliver meaningful value to partners and end-users while reducing operational inefficiencies.

Unlocking new revenue streams

The partnerships with BeeRoll and Cohabit are expected to unlock new revenue streams for Decidr and Live Verdure.

Live Verdure announced earlier this month it had acquired an additional 6% equity stake in Decidr for $13.2 million, increasing its holding to a controlling interest of 51%.

The company said it remained committed to supporting Decidr’s growth through strategic partnerships that embed its AI capabilities.

Live Verdure said Decidr’s solution-specific collaborations highlight its ability to enter new verticals with tailored, revenue-generating AI solutions.

Solving ‘real-world challenges’

Live Verdure executive chairman and Decidr executive director David Brudenell said  collaborations with BeeRoll and Cohabit mark significant milestones in Decidr’s journey to build a multi-domain AI enablement ecosystem.

“These partnerships demonstrate the adaptability of our platform to solve real-world challenges across various industries,” he said.

“By expanding into the content creation and property sectors, we are positioning Decidr at the forefront of the Agentic Web evolution.

“We look forward to working with both partners to deliver innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.”
