Long Shortz with Green Critical Minerals: $7 million to boost VHD tech to first revenue in 2026

Tylah Tully chats with Green Critical Minerals (ASX:GCM) managing director Clint Booth about the company’s latest capital raising effort.

GCM has received binding commitments for a two-tranche institutional placement to raise A$7.0 million at 1.2 cents per share.

The placement was supported by a number of highly reputable domestic and offshore institutional investors, and will be used to advance the company’s Very High Density (VHD) graphite technology.

Testing so far has shown VHD demonstrated strong commercial viability, scalability and high-performance ability to significantly outperform traditional heat management materials.
