Long Shortz with Fin Resources: No time to hibernate on White Bear’s lithium
The claws are out at Fin Resources’ White Bear lithium project in Quebec following channel sampling and rock chip assaying success.
Stockhead’s Sarah Hughan sits down with Fin Resources (ASX:FIN) technical advisor Tom Ridges to get the short end of the long story on the company’s latest announcement.
Follow-up channel sampling at the White Bear Discovery, situated in Fin’s Cancet West project in Quebec, has returned high-grade lithium from four out of five spodumene-rich pegmatite outcrops.
The sampling success follows rock chip assays which notched grades such as 6.85% and 6.50% Li20. White bear is 45km from Winsome Resources’ (WR1:ASX) Cancet project and 100km from Patriot Battery Metals’ (PMT:ASX) huge Corvette lithium deposits.
“[Work thus far] has defined quite an exciting drill target of over 300m strike length and 100m width,” Ridges told Stockhead TV.
Tune in to hear Fin Resources’ Tom Ridges on chasing Canadian lithium, what to expect next from White Bear and more.
