Traffic Technologies have recently announced a capital raise of up to $10.13 million through a rights issue.
Funds will be used to reduce debt and interest costs, to execute the acquisition strategy and to leverage TTI’s comprehensive traffic solutions to increase revenue and profits through continued business expansion and commercialisation of the company’s cutting-edge SaaS platform.
