What’s in store for 2024: Botala Energy

Stockhead’s Ashtyn Hiron sits down with Botala Energy (ASX:BTE) CEO Kris Martinick to close the books on 2023 and gain a sneak peek into what’s around the corner.

Martinick says the company had an exciting 2023 with exploration undertaken across two wells at the Serowe gas project in Botswana.

The company successfully brought gas to the surface, flared it and has since progressed through to the commercial pilot program which Botala is currently drilling at the moment.

“We’ve got the fourth of our wells drilled with the fifth about to start,” he says.
