Special Report: Sprintex’s newly appointed exclusive distributor for its G series commercial blowers in the Republic of Türkiye has committed to minimum purchases totalling US$3.87m ($5.78m) over three years.
Notably for the company, this provides a secured revenue stream from Türkiye that could potentially be significantly larger.
The signing of the exclusive distributor agreement with Net 0 Enerji Danışmanlık Mühendislik Sanayi Ve Ticaret (Net 0 Enerji) follows on the company seeing increased interest in its blowers, which are designed for efficient and reliable movement of air at high speeds for use in wastewater treatment, aquaculture, paper milling, and pharmaceuticals.
Sprintex’s (ASX:SIX) G15 blowers are the subject of an evaluation agreement with Airtech Vacuum – a leading US manufacturer of vacuum pumps and blowers.
Should the evaluation be successful, it could lead to significant annual purchases.
Several other G15 units, which are more than 33% more energy efficient than conventional blowers, have been sent to several other potential customers for internal testing.
Much of this interest follows the company’s successful attendance at IFAT Munich in May this year, which led to over 100 interested companies added to its database and the receipt of several evaluation orders.
SIX’s exclusive distributor in the Republic of Türkiye, Net 0 Enerji, specialises in energy monitoring and management solutions that enable businesses to reduce energy costs and adopt environmentally responsible practices.
Their cutting-edge software and hardware perfectly complement Sprintex’s energy efficient G Series blowers.
Under the three-year agreement, Net 0 Enerji will work with existing and new customers to set up G-Series Jet Blower systems, measure electrical performance and airflow, install units, and evaluate the results to showcase energy savings, efficiency and performance.
Net 0 Enerji has provided purchase order of US$70,525 (~A$105,000) and make subsequent minimum orders over the first three years of $US1m (~A$1.5m), US$1.44m and US$1.44m (~A$2.2m each of year 2 and 3).
SIX notes that its new partner can provide precise before-and-after energy consumption scenarios, demonstrating tangible benefits of the G series blowers.
Net 0 Enerji already has projects underway with energy monitoring on existing blowers. Once the company’s blowers arrive in Türkiye, comparisons will be made to finalise pre-agreed sales.
Additionally, the internet of things (IoT) features of the company’s blowers can support remote monitoring and control, facilitating flexible financial models, including leasing options and shared energy-saving payment methods.
“We are thrilled to welcome Net 0 Enerji as our exclusive distributor for the Republic of Türkiye. This partnership highlights the market’s strong demand for our cutting-edge, energy-efficient solutions,” SIX managing director Jay Upton said.
“We are confident that our G Series units will deliver exceptional performance and reliability, opening new market opportunities.”
Net 0 Enerji managing director Güray Erden added that SIX’s s innovative technology and the substantial energy savings of their jet blowers, align seamlessly with its own mission to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
