- Green Critical Minerals secures full underwriting for $5.21m of options
- The underwriting is backed by Canaccord Genuity and Aitken Mount Capital Partners
- It positions the company to deliver high-quality product to customers in high-demand sectors
Special Report: Green Critical Minerals has entered into an option underwriting agreement with Aitken Mount Capital Partners and Canaccord Genuity for a total amount of $5.21m.
The deal means the underwriters will back the exercise of all existing quoted options, exercisable at 2.2c each, set to expire on October 12.
If any options aren’t exercised by the expiry date, the underwriters will step in to subscribe for the equivalent number of shares, ensuring the company maximises its funding opportunity.
Green Critical Minerals (ASX:GCM) managing director Clinton Booth said the successful underwriting is a strong endorsement of the company’s commercialisation strategy and the disruptive potential of its VHD graphite technology in the traditional heat sink market.
“This underwriting gives us added certainty as we push forward with commercialisation,” Booth said.
“It positions GCM to deliver a unique, high-quality product to customers in high-demand sectors that require superior thermal management solutions,” he added.
