Dynamic Metals (ASX:DYM) has inked a a farm-in and JV deal with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN). Subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions 40% of all lithium mineral rights held by DYM on the Widgiemooltha tenement package will be sold to MIN for $5m cash consideration.
Alara Resources (ASX:AUQ) says it has successfully completed the commissioning and start of concentrate production at its 1 MTPA Al Wash-hi – Majaza copper-gold mine and copper concentrate plant in Oman, which is owned and operated by its 51% JV company, Al Hadeetha Resources LLC (AHRL).
Noble Helium (ASX:NHE) says its plans to monetise the helium potential of its North Rukwa project in Tanzania have received a major boost after further detailed analysis and integration of well data indicates the probable free gas cap at Mbelele to be six times larger than originally mapped.
Fin Resources (ASX:FIN) says uranium prospectivity has been identified at its Ross Project in Quebec, Canada. FIN says a review of recent and historical work across the Ross Project has identified potential U-Th-REE bearing pegmatites.
