Top 10 at 11: Healthia soars on takeover news, and Atlas is HAVING A PEARLER

Healthia (ASX:HLA) blew the doors off the market this morning, surging more than 77% after news broke of a takeover from Harold BidCo, pricing HLA at $1.80 a share – well over the previous close of $0.975.

Prominence Energy (ASX:PRM) is trading more than 40% higher on good news from its Big Apple Project located in the Gulf of Mexico, where the company has landed on Total Unrisked Mean Net Prospective Resources of 1.37 Tcf of Gas and Total Risked Mean Net Prospective Resources of 426 Bcf.

Atlas Pearls (ASX:ATP) is up around 27% off the back of its annual report, which hit the ASX after hours yesterday showing a significant performance improvement over the previous financial year.

Askari Metals (ASX:AS2) was an early bolter this morning, up 15% on results from a rock chip and soil sampling program at the company’s 100%-owned Hillside lithium project in WA, climbing 26%.

Likewise, VMoto (ASX:VMT) has gained ground after releasing its report after-hours yesterday, boasting revenue of $41.9 million driving NPAT of $5.2 million and EBITDA of 5.4 million.

Riversgold (ASX:RGL) jumped ~17% early as well, revealing that it’s been shopping in Canada and acquired seven project blocks located between the Whabouchi and Rose lithium deposits in Quebec.

Meteoric Resources (ASX:MEI) added 12.8% early after hitting its highest grade drill intercept this year of 149.5m @ 8,912ppm TREO mineralised from surface to EOH with 1,417ppm MREO.

TALi Digital (ASX:TD1) is showing a 50% gain despite posting a loss of $2.3m for the year, net operating cash outflows of $2.0m and reported closing cash of $3.0m at 30 June 2023, which sounds bad but is better than last year.
