Explorer NewPeak Metals (ASX:NPM) has embarked on a “wholistic rejuvenation plan” as it looks to freshen the board and management, trade out of some of its current assets and secure new battery and critical metals projects.

The company has decided not to acquire the lithium assets in Canada, announced in November, but other assets are being considered, it says.
