Today’s biggest winners are led by Belararox (ASX:BRX) which hit high grade zinc, copper and gold in RC drilling at its Belara project in NSW.

The third hole (BLRC 013) returned 7m at 2.22% zinc, 2.54% copper, 0.63% lead, 36.87g/t silver and 0.67g/t gold from 78.0m, including 3m at 4.73% zinc, 5.85% copper, 1.30% lead, 82.60g/t silver and 1.5g/t gold.

“Importantly, assays for BLRC013 have higher grades for all metals than in the historic model and thus, deliver on our goal for Phase One drilling to build upon historic results to determine the potential of the Belara Project to host significant zinc and copper mineralisation,” MD Arvind Misra says.

“We are fast tracking work on our maiden resource, which we hope to announce in this current quarter, and significant results like these bode well for it.”

The University of Newcastle has successfully launched Linius Technologies’ (ASX:LNU) Whizzard education solution to audio visual ‘Living Histories’ archives and library.

The company’s Video Virtualisation Engine (VVE) turns big, bulky video files into lightweight, searchable data that is enriched with AI and ML, making it easy and efficient for users to find and share what matters to them.

And staff at the university are loving it.

“What took us six weeks, we can now do in minutes with Whizzard,” coordinator of GLAMx and Digitization Projects Dr Ann Hardy said.

“With a very quick search I discovered a video clip for which I had been searching for more than two years.”

And Kairos Minerals (ASX:KAI) has discovered spodumene-bearing pegmatite (aka lithium host rock) at the Mount York gold deposit in WA.
