Okapi Resources (ASX:OKR) will raise $5.1m to fund its investment in uranium enrichment tech company Ubaryon, as well as advancing the Tallahassee, Maybell and Athabasca uranium projects.
The placement to institutional and sophisticated investors will be undertaken at 15c per share.
Tempus Resources (ASX:TMR) hit more high grade gold in drilling at the Elizabeth project in British Colombia, including a highlight 35.0g/t gold over 1.63m.
And King River Resources (ASX:KRR) will sell its Speewah vanadium-titanium-iron project to Tivan (ASX:TVN) for $20m in cash and shares. TVN is up 8.6% on the news.
