Healthcare company Medibio Limited (ASX: MEB) shot higher by more than 50 per cent after announcing it has signed another commercial agreement for ilumen™, its corporate health product, with British multinational food services company Compass Group PLC.

Markets will be also be monitoring moves in Cynata Therapeutics (ASX: CYP) after the company received an indicative, non-binding and conditional proposal from Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Co at $2 per share. CYP opened the day at $1.60.
