Recruitment platform LiveHire (ASX:LVH) ha signed a deal to supply its tech to TAPFIN, is a division of USD 4.8 billion, NYSE-listed ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE:MAN).
“As TAPFIN has not yet signed the first client to use the platform, the Company is unable to quantify the value of the Master Service Agreement,” it says.
“However, the board believes that due to the size of TAPFIN, the size of its North American client base, and the process undertaken, this is a significant milestone for the Company.”
And automaker Stellanis will make the world’s first upstream investment by a top tier automaker into a listed lithium company, paying $76m for an 8% stake in Vulcan Energy (ASX:VUL).
