Angel Seafood Holdings (ASX:AS1) has entered into a Scheme Implementation Agreement with a subsidiary of Laguna Bay Agricultural (BidCo), under which BidCo proposes to purchase all the Angel shares it doesn’t own for 20c each.
That is a significant 60% premium to the closing share price on 17 December 2021 — the day before the bid was first announced.

US-based online retail group Zebit (ASX:ZBT) will delist from the local bourse, less than two years after listing.
Zebit raised $35m from investors at $1.58 per share, but its stock fell sharply on debut in October 2020. Since April 2021, ZBT slumped from highs above $1.40 to today’s opening price of just 8.3c amid ongoing investor concerns about its operating model.
Todd River Resources (ASX:TRT) fell on an exploration update at its Berkshire Valley Ni-CuPGE Project in WA.
