Rise and Shine: What you need to know before the ASX opens

On Stockhead today, post-COVID-19 will be an “unprecedented opportunity” for small cap food stocks, forget iron man, here are some other metals that are fighting for your health and gigantic infrastructure spend post-COVID could boost metals demand.

The week ahead

Listing today at 11am is additive manufacturing stock AML3D (ASX:AL3). There had been no IPOs for around six weeks until HIV and COVID-19 rapid test kit maker Atomo Diagnostics (ASX:AT1) listed last Thursday.

Also among companies capital raising Magnetite Mines (ASX:MGT) closes tommorrow at 5pm and aspiring listee InteliCare (ASX:ICR) is closing it’s IPO raising at 5pm today.

In economic data it is a quiet week overall, however the Reserve Bank will be watched closely. At 11.30am on Tuesday it will release the monthly minutes of its meeting two weeks ago. Then at 3pm Governor Phillip Lowe will be giving a speech in Sydney.

Also on Tuesday look out for the Westpac Leading Index and monthly skilled vacancies.
