Innovative construction materials supplier Eden (ASX:EDE) has upgraded global sales forecast to $5.3m in FY24, which would put the company close to positive cashflow.

Mt Malcolm Mines (ASX:M2M) has defined two lithium anomalies and “significant pegmatite swarms at surface” at its new Mt Feldtmann tenements in WA.

IT solutions stock Cirrus (ASX:CNW) will be acquired by Atturra (ASX:ATA) for 5.3c per share – a ~30% premium to the last closing price and a ~25% premium to the 30-day volume weighted average price.

Canadian gold miner Novo Resources (ASX:NVO) has listed on the ASX today after raising $7.5m on its IPO.

And Western Gold Resources (ASX:WGR) has mad a high grade nickel-sulphide discovery at its Rullbo project in Sweden.
