Enterprise protection software player Damstra Holdings (ASX:DTC) has recieved ‘conditional, non-binding, indicative proposals from multiple parties to acquire 100% of Damstra’s shares by way of a scheme of arrangement’ from Mitratech Holdings.

Holista CollTech (ASX:HCT) has launched a premium plant-based protein supplement in Malaysia that is based on technology co-developed by the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for the US Space Program. 

Sabre Resources (ASX:SBR) just added two tenement applications to its ground holding in the northwest Pilbara region of WA, just 5km to the northeast of Azure Minerals’ (ASX:AZS) Andover lithium discovery.

Revolver Resources (ASX:RRR) has announced $3m of equity funding comprising a A$1 million placement to three existing shareholders at A$0.20 per share to progress a joint venture over its Dianne copper project in QLD.

And Nimy Resources (ASX:NIM) has intersected 54m of nickel-copper sulphides from 118m at its Mons project.

And Pursuit Minerals (ASX:PUR) has reported maiden inferred resource of 251.3kt LCE at 351mg/Li at the Rio Grande Sur lithium project in Argentina.
