LTR Pharma has made a stunning debut on the market today, with investors lining up to get behind the company and the product it is in the process of commericalising, Spontan – an erectile dysfunction nasal spray that the company says could work up to 6x faster than conventional tablet treatments.

West Cobar Metals (ASX:WC1) has issued a response to an ASX price query, so I guess that counts as making an announcement today. The ASX was asking why the company was experiencing a significant jump in volume and price, considering it hadn’t made an announcement this morning.

Grand Gulf Energy (ASX:GGE), rising sharply on news that the Jesse-1A well has unexpectedly flowed significant helium to surface at concentrations consistent with the previous downhole sample of 1% helium, which the company says is “highly encouraging and a massive step forward in the Jesse appraisal and development programme”.

Pact Group (ASX:PGH) is up today, on news that an off-market takeover bid by Bennamon Industries has become significantly more valuable, with the latter’s offer moving from $0.68 cash per Pact share to $0.84 cash per Pact share.

MetalsGrove Mining (ASX:MGA) is up on news that the company has entered into a strategic agreement to acquire six new lithium claims in Zimbabwe.

InteliCare (ASX:ICR) is up on news that it has executed a binding Reseller Agreement with JNC Technologies Group (“JNC”) to deploy the InteliCare platform to JNC client Hardi Aged Care, worth $1.8 million in hardware provision, plus $500k per annum for SaaS over the life of the initial three-year agreement.

Dynamic Metals (ASX:DYM) is up, thanks to news maiden soil assays of up to 409ppm Li2O in soils at Spargos East prospect, supported by significant rubidium, tantalum, and caesium results.

TechGen Metals (ASX:TG1) has provided an exploration update for its Ida Valley lithium project – the company has identified a total of 16 targets of interest, with two Priority 1 targets (Northwest & Central) and three Priority 2 targets – located 50km north along strike from Delta Lithium’s Mt Ida lithium deposit.

Talisman Mining (ASX:TLM) has gone into a trading halt today, ahead of the release of exploration results at the Company’s Lachlan Copper-Gold Project in NSW.

WhiteHawk (ASX:WHK) is climbing on news that its existing WhiteHawk AI based automated Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Services contract with “Top 5 Global Social Media Company” is being expanded with a new order.

Nova Minerals (ASX:NVA) says that its infill and step-out drilling confirms consistency of mineralisation and resource extension potential at its RPM North to the South, East and at depth, with over 10 broad intersections grading > 5g/t Au.

Alcidion (ASX:ALC) has extended its contract with South Tees Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for an additional eight years for Miya Precision Electronic Patient Record for a period of 10 years (to 2033) which includes two years remaining on the existing contract.

The Australian Submarine Agency has entered into a contract with Bisalloy (ASX:BIS) , for the qualification of Australian steel for use on Australia’s SSN-AUKUS conventionally armed nuclear-powered submarines.

Enegex (ASX:ENX) says that HLB Mann Judd has now been appointed as the Company’s auditor, replacing outgoing audit firm, Grant Thornton Audit, as per the resolution at the company’s recent AGM.

Smartgroup Corporation (ASX:SIQ) is up on news that it’s landed a juicy contract with the SA Government, with its subsidiary Smartsalary set to step in as exclusive administrator of salary packaging services and novated leasing services under an initial five-year agreement.

Thor Energy (ASX:THR) says that it has received positive metallurgical copper recovery results, advancing Thor’s In-Situ recovery (“ISR”) assessment of the Alford East Copper-REE Project in South Australia.

Minerals 260 (ASX:MI6) has announced that its maiden drill program has confirmed significant gold, nickel, and rare earth metals potential at Dingo Rocks in WA.

Mighty Kingdom (ASX:MKL) has called an Extraordinary General Meeting, scheduled for 4pm Adelaide time on Friday 19 January 2024, at the request of Imagination Entertainment, Gamestar Studios and Yeend Superannuation.
