ASX Small Cap Lunch Wrap: Who’s looking a bit rough around the edges?

Dressing for comfort, not style, has become a pandemic staple.
Multimillionaire coach of the New England Patriots Bill Belichick has never been a sharp dresser, says Deadspin’s Donovan Dooley.
Which is fine. But rolling into a press conference looking like “he was attacked by raccoons” is next level:
Bill Belichick is all of us.

Time to put that thing out of its misery, Bill.
While we’re the subject of looking dishevelled — a sell-off in global risk assets drove European equities to near three-month lows on Thursday.
And in a wild Wall Street trading session, Apple, Amazon, Nvidia and Facebook — stocks that have outperformed during increased economic uncertainty — all rose.
The market sentiment that drove momentum has sharply changed, says Bright Trading’s Dennis Dick via Morningstar.
“Fear of missing out has turned into fear of losing actual money,” Dick says.
“This is a shakeout of all the Robinhood traders, a shakeout of retail investors. They’re getting punished, and rightfully so, because you can’t just buy stocks out of a hat thinking stocks only go up.”
Despite this global market volatility, the ASX is rallying on Friday.
The benchmark ASX200 index is currently 92.6 points or 1.58 per cent higher to 5969.3 points at 12pm EST with the big banks – bolstered by the axing of responsible lending laws — leading the charge.
