Gold explorer OzAurum Resources (ASX:OZM) rose with an exploration update announcing a high-grade gold zone at its Mulgabbie project.

Another gold play was MetalsTech (ASX:MTC) which defined a 1.54 million ounce mineral resource at its Sturec project in Slovakia.

And 4DS Memory (ASX:4DS) rose with a production update – telling shareholders it received a batch of 18 semiconductor wafers at its Fremont facilities.
