Ship builder Austal (ASX:ASB) dropped over 20 per cent after revealing it missed out on winning a contract to manufacture for the US Navy.
Only a week after Ellex (ASX:ELX) shareholders signed off on selling its lasers and ultrasound businesses to Lumnibird, the ACCC has intervened. It will commence a public review of the acquisition that will take until late June.
