On the flip side, there were a couple of notable falls in early morning trade.
Chase Mining (ASX: CML) fell almost 30 per cent after drilling results left the market underwhelmed. And IT company Arq Group (ASX: ARQ) had similar fall in the wake of a trading update where it announced that CEO Martin Mercer will step down effective immediately.
