Car parking company Parkd (ASX:PKD) signed a heads of agreement with Axiom Properties (ASX:AXI) to develop and construct car parks together.

American Rare Earths (ASX:ARR) increased its indicated resource estimate at its La Paz project in the USA by 117% to 35.2 million tonnes.

Battery tech stock Magnis Energy Technologies (ASX:MNS) secured $20 million in funding from a pair of US investors.

And Afterpay (ASX:APT) kept rising after yesterday’s announcement it was being acquired by US payments giant Square.
