Peter Wall is a lawyer with a wide range of experience in all forms of mergers and acquisitions, including takeovers and schemes of arrangement, having advised on numerous successful IPOs and back door listings on the ASX. Peter also specialises in corporate reconstructions and recapitalisations of listed entities, acting as principal or adviser to the transaction. Peter is a Partner at leading Australian law firm Steinepreis Paganin, as well as being a non-executive director of numerous ASX-listed companies.

Jeremy Read is a seasoned minerals resource industry executive who has worked on a range of precious and base metals projects in Australia, Africa, North America, India and Scandinavia. Jeremy played critical roles in the discovery of the Kabanga North nickel deposit in Tanzania, the Cairn Hill magnetite-copper deposit in South Australia and the Boseto Copper deposit in Botswana. He has been the Managing Director of four ASX-listed resource companies including Discovery Metals, Meridian Minerals, Avalon Minerals and MinQuest Limited.

Matthew O’Kane has over 20 years’ experience as a finance professional in Australia, Asia and the United States. He is currently the CFO of an ASX-listed mining company and has been CFO of a range of other ASX, TSX and HKEx-listed companies. Matthew is a company director of a main board TSX listed business (TSX:AZZ) and is also a director of a private Australian mining company.

Ian Wallace has a long career in mining, project development and exploration across base and precious metals, coal and coal seam gas. He has held business, commercial and stakeholder engagement management positions with a number of junior, mid-tier and global resource companies for over 17 years as well as a further 10 years with BHP and five years with Anglo American. Mr Wallace has negotiated many joint ventures, project sales and acquisitions across a mix of resource projects.
