Eagle Mountain (ASX:EM2) is a copper explorer focused on the strategic exploration and development of advanced greenfield projects in Tier 1 mining jurisdiction, Arizona.
The company is currently drilling at its high-grade copper project, Oracle Ridge, with the aim of further expanding it’s resource. Oracle Ridge has a JORC Mineral Resource Estimate of 12.2mt at 1.51% Cu, 16/gt Ag and 0.19g/t Au.

Mr Mason has over 19 years’ experience in the mining and engineering sectors across a broad range of corporate, operations, business development and engineering roles.
His recent roles of General Manager Operations and General Manager Projects and Innovation for Panoramic Resources involved conducting feasibility studies, project development and underground mining operations start-up.
Charles Bennett Bass | Managing Director
Mr Bass has an abundant amount of experience in the mining industry.
Charles established Eagle Mining Corporation in 1992 with Toni Poli and was responsible for the deal that led to the discover of the very successful Nimary Gold Mine.
Charles then co-founded Aquila Resources Ltd with Tony Poli in 2000 and helped transition it from a gold explorer to iron ore and coal before it too was subject to a hostile $1.4 billion takeover in 2014 at the hands of a joint bid between Baosteel and ASX listed Aurizon.
Today, Charles is very active in philanthropy and is the founder and Chairman of the Centre of Entrepreneurial Research and Innovation, a charitable organisation working with post-graduate researchers in fostering a start-up culture for high knowledge and high value industry in WA.
Manuel Ramos | Chief Executive Officer (Arizona)
Mr Ramos is a veteran of the Arizona copper industry.
He was President and COO for ASARCO LLC between 2009 and 2018. Prior to that position, Mr Ramos was VP Metallurgical Operations for over 10 years at ASARCO. ASARCO, now a subsidiary of Grupo México, is a large integrated copper company which operates the Mission, Silver Bell and Ray copper mine complexes in Arizona along with the Hayden Copper Smelter, all within a few hours drive of Eagle Mountain’s Oracle Ridge Project.
Mr Ramos is a highly regarded Arizona businessman who brings a wealth of experience and resource industry knowledge, along with broad US networks to this role.
