ServTech Global Holdings (ASX: SVT) is a technology company that helps businesses manage their back office through a customised software-as-a-service (SaaS) workflow management platform.

Earlier this month, ServTech announced it acquired Vection, an European software developer and virtual reality company. Vection’s client list include luxury brands such as Volvo, Fendi Casa and Ferretti.

Stockhead spoke to ServeTech chief operating officer Gianmarco Orgnoni about Vection and what the acquisition means to ServTech.
