Special Report: HR tech platform Xref has announced a strategic partnership with leading Australian talent management company PageUp — a move that will accelerate US expansion plans for both.

Xref (ASX:XF1) has made no secret of its global expansion goals.

A new partnership with PageUp provides several mutually beneficial synergies for the Australian companies, which are both enjoying overseas success already.

The integration of the technologies, which has been built by Xref using the PageUp public API platform, follows demand from mutual clients who were looking to use Xref and PageUp as part of their talent management workflow.

PageUp provides end-to-end talent management software, and it has already developed a strong brand and client base in the US, which presents a significant opportunity for Xref to accelerate growth in a relatively new market.

Once the integration is live, PageUp users will be able to use Xref through their existing PageUp dashboard, and Xref’s reference checking tool will become available via the company’s online marketplace.

More than 50 mutual clients will benefit immediately, with more to follow.
