Aged care technology company InteliCare has expanded its product offering to cater for multi-resident households.

InteliCare Holdings (ASX:ICR) is expanding its service offering to the disability and residential aged care markets via a new multi-resident dashboard feature.

The new feature will allow InteliCare users, such as disability care providers, to understand the behaviour of multiple individuals within the same residence – including people with disabilities living in supported independent living multi-residence accommodation, and senior couples living at home.

To date, InteliCare is the only Australian solution of its kind which can collect and display the behaviour patterns of multiple individuals in one household using a singular system.

Chief Executive of InteliCare, Daniel Pilbrow, says this is a major development for InteliCare as it can now provide detailed insights for people with disabilities living in supported independent living multi-residence accommodation, and senior couples living at home, enabling them to stay within their own communities. 

“The multi-resident household represents InteliCare further expanding its service offering to disability care and aged care providers,” said Daniel.

“As the only Australian organisation of our kind to offer this service – in addition to many other InteliCare features – we are confident that our ongoing commitment and innovation will help more Australians live safely and independently.”

Continuous innovation

InteliCare recently announced a number of new features, such as the Real Time Dashboard, which allows care staff to monitor high-risk clients in a residential setting for events and activities that require rapid staff response. 

InteliCare’s recent annual report revealed growth in overall revenue and sales revenue throughout the year was 34% and 18% respectively, with the sales growth coming predominantly from new B2B relationships.

The company also recently announced a partnership with Allcare, a leading Australia-based duress and alert services company.
