• Harvest Technology has established a subsidiary to relaunch Nodestream across UK and Europe
  • Company has also executed a reseller agreement with Pulsar Beyond
  • Pulsar to provide expanded reach and local support for Harvest products and services

Special Report: Harvest Technology Group has made two big moves as it aims to transform the market for real-time video streaming, live voice and live data and implement its three-year plan to reach profitability.

Harvest Technology Group (ASX:HTG) has announced it has established the subsidiary Harvest Technology Europe Ltd (HTE) in Ireland to relaunch its Nodestream product range across the UK and European markets.

The provider of tech solutions that overcome challenges associated with remote video and data streaming has also inked a reseller agreement with Pulsar Beyond via their Pulsar Solution Inc entity.

HTG said the reseller agreement was the result of Pulsar’s market review of Nodestream and its competitors, combined with trust built over a 20-year business relationship between  CEOs of the two companies.

Nodestream is HTG’s trademarked, secure integrated platform for real-time collaboration, communication and data exchange.

The platform enables users to enhance video, audio and data streaming over congested or unstable networks, ensuring optimal quality-of-service even under difficult conditions.

Pulsar connects organisations and individuals with the connectivity solutions needed to live and work in places with limited or no connectivity.

The company’s innovative land mobile and maritime satellite internet solutions allow people and organisations to operate in critical, rural, and remote environments on land or at sea.

With offices in Cyprus, the US and South America, HTG said Pulsar would provide expanded reach and local support for Harvest products and services.

‘Leveraging strong partners’

HTG CEO and executive director Ilario Faenza said the company was looking forward to expanding its reach globally through its partnership with Pulsar

He said a key pillar of its three-year path to profitability plan, announced in July, was leveraging strong partners that could provide a fuller solution with additional products and services.

“I am thrilled to be working with Pulsar CEO Robert Sakker and his team, we have a track record of partnering with material benefits for all parties,” Faenza said.

“A key focus is capturing market share, leveraging the established relationships of the Pulsar global team.”

Sakker said the company had been evaluating the Nodestream solution for several months and comparing it to its competitors.

“The unique Nodestream technology has demonstrated remarkable success and cost-effectiveness,” he said.

“We look forward to working closely with Ilario and his team to introduce Nodestream and other Harvest Technology products to our existing and prospective customers, and to a long and fruitful partnership.”

Supporting European growth

HTG said to support growth of its new European operations the company had retained the services of three experienced managers in their field via Three Pro Consultants Ltd (TPC).

TPC will act as sales agents for HTE, receiving commission for sales with a buyout after six months for all customer contracts.

Colm Mulcahy has extensive senior management experience in the SaaS software technology sector and will be leading out the local team with a major emphasis on developing and executing growth strategies.

Then there’s IT specialist Mark Elliott who has decades of experience designing and deploying technology solutions in multiple industry sectors.

And Richard McGrath is a communications specialist who brings to the group his extensive experience designing and deploying secure communications solutions.

Leveraging relationships of European team

Faenza said HTG was excited to officially establish its subsidiary company HTE in Ireland.

“We look forward to working closely with Colm, Mark and Richard, to introduce Nodestream and other Harvest Technology products to the UK and European market and capturing market share, leveraging the established relationships of the local team,” he said.

Colm Mulcah said TPC had been collaborating with HTG since 2023, testing Nodestream with some of its maritime clients.

“The unique technology has demonstrated remarkable success and cost-effectiveness,” he noted.
