• Decidr and CareerOne’s AI partnership delivers strong results
  • ApplyPass generates early revenue success
  • CareerOne set to launch an upgraded AI-driven hiring platform in April

Special Report: Decidr’s partnership with CareerOne is progressing rapidly with the launch of a new AI-driven platform that could significantly improve the recruitment process.

Live Verdure Ltd (ASX: LV1), through its majority-owned AI enablement platform, Decidr.ai, has shared an update on its partnership with CareerOne.

CareerOne has successfully launched ApplyPass, a direct-to-business candidate matching tool powered by Decidr’s technology.

This marks an important milestone, as ApplyPass – the first product from Decidr’s partnership with CareerOne – is already beginning to generate revenues from CareerOne’s clients ahead of schedule.

The partnership between the two companies continues to gain traction, fuelled by new platform releases and AI-enabled features that are driving the adoption of additional products.

New platform beating classic job board

With the release of CareerOne’s new hiring portal, clients can now experience a feature called Matching 2.0.

Live Verdue noted that it’s an improved matching system that has come about as a direct result of the Decidr partnership and falls under the category of ‘co-created products’.

Although still in beta, these co-created products with CareerOne are showing promising results so far.

The initial uptake and revenue generation have been faster and larger than both CareerOne and Decidr initially expected.

David Brudenell, Live Verdue’s executive chairman, said that since first engaging, CareerOne and Decidr teams have worked exceptionally well together, hitting every partnership and product milestone goal to date.

“And to have revenue capture from customers in our beta release is highly promising.

“This demonstrates the potential of AI’s impact in the job board and recruitment industries and the readiness of employers to adopt new ways of making the hiring process better,” he added.

‘Significantly improved’ matching

With this new platform, the number of eligible employers who are being matched to new candidates has increased by 65% over the prior six-month average.

Additionally, job seeker engagement has skyrocketed, with candidate applications through Decidr/CareerOne-powered job-matching AI increasing 8x compared to the traditional application process.

In both metrics, the co-created AI technology is demonstrating superior interpretation and nuanced understanding of employer and job seeker attributes, skills and job requirements than the classic job board approach.

LV1 believes that with over 500,000 applications processed through the technology and the vast amount of data gained from that, the AI match intelligence for both job seekers and employers will only continue to improve.

“Our new matching is significantly improved by Decidr’s AI technology”, said Moussa Namini, COO of CareerOne.

He noted that Information in a candidate’s profile and CV is being semantically understood with recruiter-like accuracy at scale.

“Matching 2.0 not only finds suitable candidates against particular jobs, it presents candidates in a dynamically tailored way.”

ApplyPass technology will power C1AI, the upcoming AI recruiter agent set for release in the June quarter.

CareerOne will also launch an upgraded AI-driven hiring platform in April, featuring a Decidr-enabled AI ‘talent agent’ for jobseekers.

‘A high-powered headhunting agent’

Namini said that C1AI will fundamentally change the way hiring managers engage with job boards – transforming candidate search into fully automated talent pool engagement.

“Traditional candidate databases are stagnant and employers search for talent that is constantly ageing.

“C1AI is a high-powered headhunting agent that will work for employers tirelessly across the millions of candidate profiles we have in store.

“Both Banjo for candidates and C1AI for employers will be the benchmark for how people want to hire and be hired in the fast-paced AI-powered world we are increasingly experiencing,” he added.

“The momentum we’re building highlights the demand for smart recruitment solutions, and we expect continued growth as we launch our enhanced platform,” said Namini.

An AI-driven strategy

Decidr believes its strategic partnerships with CareerOne, ELMO, The Growth Faculty, and others help reinforce its position as a leader in AI-driven workforce enablement, aligning with LV1’s broader AI strategy.

The company remains focused on executing its Agentic Web vision and expanding AI-powered solutions across HR, recruitment, corporate learning, and other industries.

But in addition to working with HR-focused businesses, Decidr is also collaborating with companies in various other sectors.

This includes working with small businesses to help them leverage AI technology for growth.

By offering AI-driven solutions, Decidr aims to assist businesses in improving efficiency, making smarter decisions, and driving innovation across different industries.
