Decidr and CareerOne build on collaboration success by extending agentic AI agreement

  • 12-month renewal with CareerOne after successful strategic partnership
  • Co-created agentic products delivered 7-times increase in monthly recurring revenue
  • Hundreds of thousands of CVs and job applications reviewed via agentic AI technology

Special Report: Decidr AI Industries is positioning as a leader in the agentic infrastructure layer of the employment sector and has renewed its strategic partnership with CareerOne for a further 12 months.

Decidr’s (ASX:DAI) collaboration with CareerOne has been highly successful, delivering a 7-fold increase in monthly recurring revenue with one of several co-created agentic products.

The company’s C1.ai agentic product reviewed hundreds of thousands of CVs and job applications over the month of September, built to streamline the matching process between candidates and employers with higher precision and speed.

CareerOne has rolled out the C1.ai platform across all job categories and subdomains of its Banjo platform, and now intends to add upcoming workforce insights alongside the agentic AI tool with the integration of Nine.com.au in the new year.

Decidr executive chair David Brudenell said CareerOne was one the company’s most forward-thinking partners, with the renewal of the agreement highlighting the strength and scalability of DAI’s platform.

“C1.ai exemplifies how agentic intelligence can enhance business performance and user experience simultaneously,” he said.

“Extending this success through the upcoming Nine.com.au launch marks another milestone in building Australia’s agentic future.”

Broad synergies with horizontal AI

As part of the renewed agreement with CareerOne, Decidr built a major upgrade for the company’s proprietary AI-talent agent Banjo.

Banjo is now integrated with DAI’s horizontal AI structure, using a general-purpose, versatile AI that can be applied across a wide range of applications.

More specifically, the platform now leverages Decidr’s orchestration and schema mapping capabilities to deliver more accurate and context-aware talent recommendations.

The upgrade is designed to enhance the overall hiring experience while creating a scalable foundation for future multi-app extensions.

CareerOne chair Garen Azoyan said the partnership with Decidr had delivered transformative results over the past year.

“Together we’ve built a truly intelligent recruitment engine that is changing how job boards operate in Australia,” he said.

“We’re thrilled to continue this partnership and to bring agentic AI to millions more job seekers through our new collaboration with Nine.com.au.”

The Nine.com.au partnership will involve the integration of CareerOne’s Decidr-powered interactive widgets and tools on the Nine website, scheduled for Q3 in financial year 2026.

The company sees the collaboration as a powerful distribution opportunity which will include AI-powered salary insights and benchmarking tools, content recommendations and integrated recruitment flows.
