Special Report: Pushing Decidr Industries’ AI-driven vision forward in the HR sector, a new partnership with global corporate-learning specialist Go1 will roll out AI tools for boosting career upskilling and job matching.
AI-enablement company Decidr Industries (ASX:DAI) – formerly known as Live Verdure (ASX:LV1) – has announced a major new partnership with Go1, one of the world’s largest corporate-learning platforms.
The partnership, formalised through the signing of a Heads of Agreement, represents a significant step in Decidr’s journey toward integrating AI into workforce enablement.
The collaboration will explore how Decidr can develop AI-driven learning solutions by integrating Go1’s vast library of learning and development (L&D) content.
The goal is to create personalised career pathways and up-skilling recommendations, enhancing workforce mobility and skills development for employees on a global scale.
The strategic referral partnership between Decidr and Go1 will focus on integrating Decidr’s AI-enablement technology into Go1’s platform.
This includes an AI Tutor, an AI Learning Advisor, and other tools designed to bridge skills gaps and accelerate career progression.
These Learning & Development AI Enablement products, powered by Go1, will be distributed in the Decidr partner ecosystem, which will then bring additional value to ecosystem partners’ customers as well as new partner revenue opportunities.
The partnership also adds to the company’s strategic HR Domain strategy, creating new cross-selling opportunities for existing partners as well as new agentic products and services.
Go1, founded in 2015, is a leading corporate-learning platform that aggregates educational content from over 250 top industry providers, offering more than 90,000 courses and nearly 9.8 million learning objects.
With a global clientele, Go1 has a significant presence in countries including the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Over 10,000 businesses worldwide, including multinational corporations such as Westpac, Delta Airlines and Metro Trains, rely on Go1’s learning-management system to conduct employee training and development.
The key components of this partnership are innovative and potentially impactful.
First, Decidr will develop an AI-powered tutor that customises learning playlists from Go1’s L&D library, helping employees address skill gaps and advance their careers.
Decidr will also create an AI tutor specifically for job seekers, embedded in ecosystem partners, to provide tailored up-skilling recommendations based on career aspirations.
Another crucial element of the partnership will be the AI Learning Advisor, which will help hiring managers quantify the return on investment (ROI) of up-skilling candidates.
This will enable them to compare the costs of training versus the expected value of hiring new talent.
David Brudenell, executive chairman of Decidr Industries, highlighted the importance of this partnership.
“This initial agreement with Go1 is another significant step in Decidr’s expansion into the workforce enablement space.
“By integrating AI-powered learning and career progression tools into Go1’s market-leading platform, we are shaping the future of AI-driven upskilling and career mobility.”
The collaboration, Brudenell added, aligns with Decidr’s long-term vision of the ‘agentic web’ – a concept where AI empowers both businesses and individuals to make smarter, more strategic decisions, particularly in the realm of workforce development.
Although the financial impact of the partnership can’t be immediately determined, Decidr believes its continued innovation in workforce enablement points to strong potential for future growth.
This partnership also strengthens Decidr’s position within the broader HR technology space.
Through strategic collaborations with other companies such as ELMO Software, The Growth Faculty and CareerOne, Decidr is building a robust ‘agentic ecosystem’ that supports the company’s leadership in AI-driven workforce enablement.
For example just last week, Decidr continued to strengthen its position in the workforce enablement sector with CareerOne, collaborating on the successful launch of ApplyPass – an AI-driven tool that’s significantly improving the recruitment process.
As Decidr continues developing its new products, including their pricing and marketing strategies, the company is focused on carrying out its agentic web vision.
This includes expanding AI-driven solutions in areas including HR, recruitment, corporate learning and other industries.
The company said it is well positioned to be at the forefront of shaping the future of employee development, up-skilling and career mobility, with a strong foundation in AI technology.
