What’s in store for 2024: Impact Minerals

Stockhead’s Sarah Hughan sits down with Impact Minerals (ASX:IPT) managing director Dr Mike Jones to close the books on 2023 and gain a sneak peek into what’s around the corner.

Jones says one of the major highlights of the year was the right to earn 80% in the Lake Hope high purity alumina (HPA) project in Western Australia.

“We got into that project in March, we think that it is a world-class deposit, we’ve had some great results all through the year and a very good scoping study that came out recently indicating fantastic economics.”

At the company’s Broken Hill project, a major highpoint was being selected to take part in BHP’s Xplor program which took place for the first time in 2023.
