BlackWall Limited (ASX:BWF) is a real estate company operating two separate but complimentary subsidiaries, WOTSO WorkSpace (a co-working space) and BlackWall Property Funds (a property development and funds management business).

The company is preparing to finalise the sale of its key asset, the Bakehouse Quarter in New South Wales, to property development giant YUHU Group.
