V-Con: IPOs roaring into 2021

V-Con is Stockhead’s investing focused video conference series, bringing you expert insights, panel discussions and presentations from leading analysts, listed small caps and industry players.

This latest video conference focuses on recent and aspiring ASX IPOs.

The IPO market saw a slow start to 2020 but picked up the pace in the second half of the year and is continuing to run hot in 2021.

There have been 35 listings since January 1 2021 and they have raised over $1.3 billion in capital and are now worth over $5.5 billion.

The average gain is 29 per cent and five companies have gained 100 per cent or more, led by Pentanet (ASX:5GG) which is up over 300 per cent since listing.

And there are more than a dozen companies set to list over the next month.

To get a gauge on the IPO scene in 2021, we hear from experts and a selection of companies making waves on the ASX, each giving an overview of their business models, relevant market trends and future plans.
