iTech Minerals (ASX:ITM)  has entered into a mega deal with one of the worlds largest lithium produces SQM.

SQM has the potential to earn up to 70% of the lithium rights at Reynolds Range, starting with an intitial 30% interest after paying a $2 million fee.
