Stockhead’s Sarah Hughan sits down with Torque Metals’ (ASX:TOR) managing director Cristian Moreno to get the short end of the long story on the company’s latest news.

Assays have been received from four of the six recently drilled holes from a 1105m program at the company’s Paris gold project in WA, returning thick, high-grade hits including 2.7m at 82.45g/t gold.

Other standout results included:

  • 22.15m grading 12.14g/t gold from a down-hole depth of 188.27m including 2.15m at 16.79g/t gold from 195.65m and 2.7m at 82.45g/t gold from 206.4m (2024PDD005);
  • 4.05m at 4.79g/t gold from 89.87m including 1.21m at 15.92g/t gold from 90.83m and9.33m at 4.66g/t gold from 109.07m including 2.18m at 19.44g/t gold from 109.99m (2024PDD004).

Assays are pending for the remaining two holes in the diamond drilling program with core samples to be collected for additional metallurgical studies.
