Pursuit has successfully commissioned its pilot plant and commenced lithium carbonate production as it advances toward commercial-scale operations at its Rio Grande Sur project in Argentina.
Located in a prime mining jurisdiction, Pursuit benefits from Argentina’s revitalised Tier 1 status. The region is set to become a major lithium hub, bolstered by Rio Tinto’s planned 60,000tpa, US$2.5 billion lithium carbonate operation following its acquisition of Arcadium Lithium.
