Long Shortz with Commerce Resources: Digging deep in Québec with a dual-listed critical minerals merger

Tylah Tully speaks with Commerce Resources Corporation’s Jeremy Robinson about the company’s merger with ASX-listed Mont Royal Resources (ASX:MRZ).

The deal will create a Québec-focused critical minerals explorer and developer through the combination of Commerce and Mont Royal’s projects, and will see Commerce IPO on the ASX as a result. 

With China’s tightening restrictions on rare earths throwing supply chain security up in the air, the company is diligently working to advance its Ashram Project, a key rare earths asset with its particular focus on dysprosium and terbium.
