Toubani has welcomed the former CEO of Tietto Minerals (ASX:TIE) and experienced West African gold mining manager Matt Wilcox to its board as a non-executive director.

Its also strengthened its team working on the Definitive Feasibility Study for the company’s Kobada gold project in southern Mali.
