High Purity Alumina: Applications, development and two emerging producers
RockTalk is a Stockhead video series featuring a roundtable of resources experts discussing a new macro topic each week.
In this episode, host Peter Strachan takes a look at High Purity Alumina (HPA) with two emerging producers.
Populating the expert panel for this discussion are Dr Mike Jones, Managing Director at Impact Minerals (ASX:IPT) and Roland Hill, Managing Director at FYI Resources (ASX:FYI).
Impact Minerals completed a transformational acquisition earlier this year with the Lake Hope HPA project near Hyden, and recently defined a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 3.5 million tonnes at 25.1% alumina (Al2O3) for a contained 880,000 tonnes of alumina.
