Uscom Limited (ASX: UCM) is an Australian medical device company specialising in the development and marketing of premium non-invasive cardiovascular and pulmonary medical devices.

Uscom recently announced a private placement to management and major shareholders.  The capital will be used to  finalise the costs of China and US regulatory approvals, build new USCOM 1A, BP+ and SpiroSonic devices following record manufacturing in June, and to support new marketing initiatives in China, Europe and the US.
