Rimfire Pacific Mining (ASX:RIM) is an ASX-listed gold and copper resources exploration company focused on a world class copper-gold area in the Lachlan Fold Belt in central New South Wales that hosts significant major mines including the CMOC-operated Northparkes Cu/Au mine, Newcrest Mining Cadia Valley Cu/Au Operations and Evolution Mining Cowal Au mine. The Company has four key projects in the Lachlan Fold Belt across a mainly contiguous exploration licence holding of approximately 900 km²

1. Valley – Porphyry Copper / Gold, RIM 100%
2. Cowal – Copper / Gold, RIM 100%.
3. Fifield – Gold / Platinum Group Elements (PGE’s), Golden Plains Resources Pty Ltd (GPR) earning up to 50.1%,
4. Avondale – Cobalt, Platinum Group Elements (PGE’s) and Gold, GPR earning up to 75%

Rimfire also has the key project Green View – Cobalt, RIM 100% on an exploration licence of approximately 75km² near Broken Hill.
