Moho strikes gold in new prospects near Kalgoorlie

Moho Resources could be sitting on another gold deposit to the north of its 21,600oz East Sampson Dam deposit near Kalgoorlie in WA after positive aircore drilling results from its Tyrells and Hodges prospects.
Aircore drilling has identified multiple bedrock gold anomalies at Moho’s (ASX:MOH) prospects, with positive assay results following up gold in soil geochemical anomalies identified last year.

“These aircore drilling results are very encouraging and suggest that that the Tyrells and Hodges prospects could make a significant addition to the interim Mineral Resource Estimate at East Sampson Dam,” Moho managing director Shane Sadleir said.
Moho will be busy on the drill rigs in the new year, with RC and aircore drilling planned at Tyrells and Hodges to follow up the promising first pass drilling in the March Quarter.
Drilling will test the depth and strike extension of the gold anomalism at the project.
Reverse circulation drilling of the Omrah and Wise nickel targets is in progress, with a diamond rig due to test an EM conductor and Omrah as well as stratigraphic drilling in mid-January subject to rig availability.
Aircore drilling and soil sampling will also take place to test a number of soil auger gold and nickel anomalies on E27/528, P27/2232 and the newly granted E27/623 in the first half of 2022.
