Stockhead’s ‘Garimpeiro’ columnist Barry FitzGerald is back in the studio for another instalment of The Explorers Podcast.
In this episode Barry chats to Wade Johnson, managing director of Lefroy Exploration (ASX:LEX).
Lefroy is a Perth-based gold explorer focused on greenfields exploration in Western Australia and targeting multi-million ounce gold discoveries. The company’s flagship project is the Lefroy Gold Project located 60km South of Kalgoorlie.
The company has laid the foundation for the development of ‘significant new mineral district’ in WA’s Eastern Goldfields after releasing the highly anticipated maiden resource estimate for its Burns gold and copper discovery southeast of Kalgoorlie. The interpretation of recent drill results at the Burns project reinforces LEX’s view that there is significant scale to its ‘first of a kind’ discovery.
