Explorers Podcast: European Lithium’s sizzling hot $1.1bn deal has all eyes on the Wolfsberg Lithium Project

Stockhead’s ‘Garimpeiro’ columnist Barry FitzGerald is back in the studio for another instalment of The Explorers Podcast.
In this episode Barry chats to Tony Sage, executive chairman at European Lithium (ASX:EUR).
European Lithium is a mining exploration and development company focused on its wholly-owned Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Austria. The company is ideally placed to supply major European based battery factories and electric vehicle (EV) automakers with the project scheduled to start operation in 2023.
European Lithium’s Wolfsberg is red hot property under a $1.1bn deal. Under a new agreement, the company will see its wholly owned subsidiary, European Lithium AT Investments, roll into a new company named ‘Critical Minerals Group’, which will merge with NASDAZQ listed Sizzle Acquisition Corp.
