Explorers Podcast: Caspin hunts for the next big tin prize in the Wagga Belt

Stockhead’s ‘Garimpeiro’ columnist Barry FitzGerald is back in the studio for another instalment of The Explorers Podcast.

Barry is joined by Caspin Resources (ASX:CPN) managing director Greg Miles after the New South Wales tin explorer unveiled a maiden resource at its Bygoo project.

Caspin has defined the Kelpie deposit at just under 4Mt @ 0.5% tin for 19,300t contained tin, with potential to grow the resource two to three times through drilling. The project sits within a broader 20km mineralised corridor, surrounding the historic Ardlethan tin mine, once Australia’s largest.

The company sees strong fundamentals for tin – trading above US$34,000/t – and is advancing metallurgical test work that points to low-cost processing.
